Zach & Claire | Summit Farms, Ellijay GAZach and Claire’s wedding at Summit Farms in Ellijay, Georgia was one of those days that reminds me why I love what I do. From the moment I arrived, their bridal party set the tone — just the most awesome group of girls and guys. Friendly, welcoming, and full of good energy… they made me feel like I wasn’t even working. Claire was absolutely glowing, surrounded by her girls who kept her laughing and relaxed. Zach and his guys were the same way — laid-back, kind, and genuinely excited for the day. There’s something special about being part of a wedding where everyone feels like family, even if you just met them.

Summit Farms was the perfect backdrop. Soft mountain air, rolling hills, and those warm Ellijay tones made every photo feel a little magical. Claire’s color palette was everything. Her bridesmaids wore the most beautiful shade of sage — soft, elegant, and perfectly suited for a fall mountain wedding. And her flowers… absolutely stunning. Bursting with rich fall colors — warm oranges, deep reds, golden yellows, and pops of texture — they tied the entire day together and brought a vibrant, joyful energy that played so beautifully against the muted sage dresses. It was one of those weddings where the palette didn’t just decorate the day… it told the story of it.And the guys? They were killing it. Their cream suits brought such a fresh, elevated look to the color story. Clean, classic, and effortlessly sharp — they added a timeless balance to the richer tones of the wedding. Together, the whole palette felt intentional, modern, and so uniquely Zach and Claire.

Zach and Claire made my job as a photographer feel effortless. They were completely present, so trusting, and just genuinely themselves — the kind of couple that lets you create without worry. When you have clients like them, capturing every moment, every laugh, and every glance becomes so much easier and so much more rewarding. I was able to catch a glimpse of Zach as Claire started walking down the aisle, and he completely melted me. The second he saw her, his eyes filled with tears — the kind of real, raw emotion you can’t fake..
